The problem
Despite unprecedented advances in AI and enterprise software, organisations still lack a coherent financial model for productivity.
Workforce data remains fragmented across HR systems, collaboration tools, calendars, task platforms, and financial infrastructure. Existing systems measure activity, but fail to explain how organisational behaviour translates into economic output.
The consequences are structural:
• Coordination overload
• Cognitive fragmentation
• Burnout and disengagement
• Workflow inefficiency
• Hidden operational drag
• Unmeasured productivity leakage
Globally, more than $10 trillion is lost annually to productivity inefficiency.
Mindora exists to make organisational performance measurable, actionable, and financially intelligible.

Our vision
For decades, organisations have deployed more software, generated more data, and increased operational complexity - yet productivity growth has continued to stagnate. Human capital remains the largest cost in every organisation, whilst simultaneously being the least measurable driver of enterprise value.
Mindora was built to solve this structural gap.
We are creating an intelligence layer that connects workforce, operational, and financial systems into a unified model of organisational performance. By ingesting metadata across collaboration platforms, HR systems, workflow infrastructure, and financial environments, Mindora reveals how work is actually executed - and what that execution costs.
The result is a new category of enterprise infrastructure: real-time productivity intelligence translated directly into financial value.
Mindora enables organisations to identify coordination drag, cognitive overload, execution inefficiency, burnout risk, and recoverable capacity before they materialise into operational and financial loss. Rather than relying on retrospective surveys and fragmented reporting, leaders gain a live financial model of productivity that is actionable across operations, finance, and people strategy.
This is not surveillance. Mindora operates through metadata - not content - creating privacy-preserving intelligence architecture for the modern enterprise.
As artificial intelligence reshapes the global economy, the organisations that win will not simply adopt more tools. They will understand how to transform organisational data into measurable economic intelligence.
Mindora is building that layer.

Mindora integrates metadata across workspace platforms, HR systems, collaboration tools, workflow infrastructure, and financial systems to create a unified model of how work happens across the organisation.
Our intelligence engine analyses behavioural, operational, and execution patterns to identify coordination cost, fragmentation, cognitive load, workflow inefficiency, and recoverable organisational capacity.
Every performance signal is translated into measurable financial impact - enabling CFOs, CHROs, and operational leaders to understand where value is being lost and where performance can be optimised.
Mindora validates performance improvements through smart contracts and PoP, automatically rewarding high performance with tokenized incentives.
Identifies performance risks early & supporting individuals before burnout and helping organizations intervene proactively, while rewarding aligned behaviors.
Delivers focused, AI-driven actions and nudges for individuals and teams, paired with transparent & Web3-powered incentives that drive real engagement.
Continuously evolves by learning from personal and organizational patterns, tailoring insights and optimizing rewards to reflect real-world performance trends.
Executes intelligent actions, alerts key stakeholders when needed, and automates Proof of Performance (PoP) rewards without manual oversight.
FAQs
Our AI doesn't just organize data; it transforms it. We collect information from diverse sources, then use advanced Data Science techniques to reveal hidden patterns and causations. This process turns raw data into structured, meaningful insights that power our AI modules, creating dynamic, intelligent user experiences and providing real-time insights.
We start with your existing employee data, typically a simple file containing anonymized information. As we progress, we can explore integrating additional data sources based on your organization's architecture. We're committed to deploying a solution that fits your needs while ensuring GDPR and EU AI Act compliance.
Our approach is centered on enhancing employee experience, wellbeing, and productivity. We focus on providing actionable insights, fostering open communication, and supporting growth. Our aim is to align organizational efforts with your employees’ needs, and we’re eager to understand your specific goals and metrics to ensure our tool supports positive change in your organization.
Customization is a key part of our roadmap, starting with linguistic adaptation for different regions. We're committed to understanding and implementing the specific types of customization your organization needs to ensure the platform serves all your teams effectively, and that Mindora’s users can get insights that are as high-level, or as granular, as needed.
Mindora collects and centralizes workforce data from all types of employees, whether they’re working remotely, in the office, on the move, or in non-office roles like retail, warehouse or supply chain. Our AI-powered platform analyzes this diverse data to generate actionable insights for managers and business leaders, helping them support and engage their teams, no matter where or how they work.
By connecting to multiple data sources, we tailor our approach to the unique needs of your non-office workers, ensuring that decision-makers have a comprehensive view of the entire workforce.
We recognize the crucial role of people managers in employee wellbeing. Our product roadmap includes developing features that provide powerful insights for managers at various organizational levels. As we start deploying Mindora in your organization, we'll collaborate closely with your people managers to understand what specific data or trends would help them support their teams more effectively.
At the same time, it’s important to clarify our approach and the boundaries set by the EU AI Act. We are committed to building a product that does not fall into the "Unacceptable Risk" category, such as AI systems used for scoring individuals, which could infringe on fundamental rights. Our platform is designed with clear limitations on intentions and purposes. Our products are not intended to influence an employee’s career trajectory, and we do not provide individual performance evaluations or personal wellbeing scores. Instead, all insights delivered to the employer are anonymized and intended solely to inform organisational wellbeing strategies.
Mindora is creating a new paradigm where health, wellbeing, and productivity are unified through AI, Web3, and Proof of Performance (PoP). We’re transforming human potential into an intelligent, measurable, and rewardable force that powers a thriving, high-performance society.
