At the same time, it’s important to clarify our approach and the boundaries set by the EU AI Act. We are committed to building a product that does not fall into the "Unacceptable Risk" category, such as AI systems used for scoring individuals, which could infringe on fundamental rights. Our platform is designed with clear limitations on intentions and purposes. Our products are not intended to influence an employee’s career trajectory, and we do not provide individual performance evaluations or personal wellbeing scores. Instead, all insights delivered to the employer are anonymized and intended solely to inform organisational wellbeing strategies.
